In many cases, this procedure benefits the client as we know whom to contact in order to get paid. Barring our locating this information, a skilled collection professional takes over and within 24 hours makes contact with the decision maker at the debtor to define the issues, obtain agreement on the balance due and asking for payment in full.
For reporting clients, a written or oral report is given within the first 24 hours.

Integrated into our software system is an imaging system and using high speed internet connections, our staff adds a new dimension to client reporting with the use of e-mails to forward debtor documentation to our clients for their review of disputed claims and /or information pertaining to the debtor's reasons for withholding payment. This allows us to work with you to obtain responses we may require to effectively obtain payment of your receivable on a timely basis.

We accept single as well as bulk placements and can accept them via US mail, facsimile, Internet or through a customized bridge from our client's computer to ours.
We also offer a flexible letter writing service and an early calling outsourcing program at significantly reduced rates.
These programs are available for domestically located debtors as well those debtors located outside the United States.
